Recommendations are provided as a convenience and should not be treated as a statement that another person is trustworthy, compatible, suitable for marriage, or accurately represented.
Every member is responsible for making their own decisions about communication, compatibility, and marriage.
Some Nikah Match capabilities may be available only through a paid membership or subscription.
Where a subscription is purchased through Apple or Google, payment processing, renewal, cancellation, and refund matters may be governed by the applicable store's terms and procedures.
The availability and pricing of paid features may change. Any applicable purchase information will be presented through the relevant purchasing interface.
Nikah Match provides technology for introductions and marriage-oriented discovery. We do not personally know every member and cannot independently verify every statement made by users.
You should independently evaluate information provided by another member and use appropriate caution before sharing sensitive information, sending money, or arranging an in-person meeting.
If you believe another member presents a safety concern or has violated our rules, you should report the matter through the available reporting channels.
To protect members and maintain the integrity of Nikah Match, Horizon Grid LLC may review reported activity and take reasonable action when our rules or safety standards may have been violated.
Depending on the circumstances, we may remove material, limit particular features, temporarily restrict an account, or permanently close an account.
We may take action without advance notice when immediate action is reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or our legal interests.
The Nikah Match name, branding, visual design, software, logos, website materials, and other elements supplied by Horizon Grid LLC belong to the Company or its licensors.
Your use of Nikah Match does not transfer ownership of any Company intellectual property to you.
Unless we give you written permission, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from protected portions of the service.
We work to keep Nikah Match available and functional, but uninterrupted access cannot be promised.
The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, technical problems, security events, network issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Features may also be introduced, modified, suspended, or discontinued as the platform develops.
Nikah Match is a matchmaking service, not a guarantee of a relationship or marriage.
Horizon Grid LLC does not promise that you will find a particular type of person, receive a specific number of matches, establish a relationship, become engaged, or get married through use of the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Horizon Grid LLC will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from or related to your use of Nikah Match.
Your interactions and decisions involving other members are made at your own discretion and responsibility.
Horizon Grid LLC may revise these Terms when necessary to reflect changes to the service, legal requirements, security practices, or business operations.
The latest version will be made available through Nikah Match or our website. The effective date shown above indicates when the current version became applicable.
If you continue using the service after an updated version becomes effective, that continued use means you accept the revised Terms.
